Rail call tile states

One call per state, top to bottom: waiting, connecting, active, held, reconnecting, ended. Only a live call takes the solid brand disc; every other state sits on a surface disc, a reconnecting call keeps the warning ink, a held one the pause glyph, and an ended one is dimmed. The avatar badge is a neutral tile. The live call starts selected; pick a tile or a section to move the shared highlight.
